Advanced Hygiene Technology Training This is an exclusive hands-on training service for the clinic owner who wants to make sure they're implementing their hygiene investment to capacity. This comprehensive program focuses on advanced hygiene technology, specifically air polishing biofilm management. The training is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of hygienists, ensuring they are proficient in the latest techniques and technologies to provide superior patient care, so you don't have to stress about your ROI. How it works: We book a preliminary meeting available online or in person to understand the clinic's specific needs and goals. Assessment of the current hygiene standard of care, protocols and equipment used in the clinic. We do this to customize the training program to assure it aligns with the clinic's requirements and objectives. Hands-On Training Session (6 Hours): Introduction and Overview (1 Hour): Briefing on the importance of the equipment and biofilm management. Overview of the basic ideology. Demonstration (1 Hour): Live demonstration of air polishing biofilm management by the consultant. Explanation of the equipment, safety protocols, and best practices. One-on-One Training (4 Hours): Each hygienist receives one hour of individualized training. Hands-on practice with real equipment under the guidance of the consultant. Immediate feedback and personalized tips to improve technique, understanding and efficiency. Q&A and Wrap-Up (1 Hour): Open floor for questions and clarifications. Recap of key points and additional tips for effective biofilm management. Distribution of Materials including presentation and manual. Manual includes all utilization and integration elements such as: 1. Billing and code utilization 2. Standard of care 3. Aerosols management 4. Clinical techniques 5. Theoretical education Geographic Availability: Available to dental clinics in the Ottawa, Ontario, and Greenbelt communities.
